ABOUT ME

I am interested in creating novel and intuitive solutions based on human psychology and sustainable design practices.

A curiosity about the human mind and how we interpret our experiences and reality led me to pursue a degree in Psychology. I then became interested in fine food and wine and spent time working in restaurants and gourmet retail where I learned the importance of attention to detail, as well as listening and communication while working as part of a team in a high-stress fast paced environment.

After building out the inside of an SUV to make it habitable I spent several months camping and exploring the United States with my partner and our dog. After a period of time learning about technical outdoor apparel and working in the outdoor retail industry, I became interested in UX design. I was drawn to UX design due to the many faceted nature of the discipline, from research to using visual design to create worlds and solve problems. I am fascinated by the way design has the ability to impact lives everyday.
